Honeymoon~Singapore 1

After boarding on the airplane, next to my seat is one Malaysian couple who work in Singapore.  They just had a week holiday in Taipei and it is their return home journey. 2/3 journey I was chatting with them and listen what they saw and found in Taipei. It is very interesting to know others’ perspective of the city I live. I also told them feel free to contact me while they come to Taiwan again then they can experience “local” and not “tourist things”. I guess sometimes while we feel “NEW and Interesting”, it is also time to learn something by spending more money. This is the reason why most time tourists buy more expensive stuffs.

While they know I will stay a half day in Singapore and learn the location of my hotel, they just so friendly introduced me Bugis, the cheapest market in Singapore and even drew a map for me. After arriving Singapore, they even gave me a lift to the hotel. Although Singapore known as a super safe country, at the midnight I still feel safer while I can take taxi with some others.

After checked in from the reception at the hotel, I got into my room, a room with no window but STRONG bleaching smelling. I felt a bit dread through the aura. However, I was too tired and I just turn on the air conditioning and the TV. Then I asked myself to sleep.

I woke up around 7.00am and had a quick showering. I packed personal stuffs and leave the room to the lobby without hesitate. Since most shops only open about 10 or 11 am, I bought few hours internet access and just surfing on the internet in the lobby.
